Richard Byrd was a citizen of the United Kingdom who was born on the 21st of August 2010. For most of his life, he lived in South East of England.
After learning the basics, he was picked up by The Unity Party who taught him all about politics in the New World. Soon after, Richard was getting into politics on a small scale, helping out the TUP and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Richard Byrd was appointed Under Minister at the Ministry of Home Affairs.
In the first part of Richard's life, he was working for the TUP and the Ministry of Home Affairs under Minister Lionbeard, under Prime Minister jamesw. After helping out for a while, Richard decided to temporarily leave the game, becoming very inactive in UK politics.
