瑞士法語區與下列地區接壤：
歷史
瑞士法語區曾在2008年5月初的France-Switzerland War被法國取下。其後在2008年12月，法語區回歸瑞士。但在2009年被意大利奪去，2009年7月才再一次歸入瑞士版圖。
