Safwan ibn Hashim was born as AresTalli, a citizen of 
Turkey on Day 417. He was quickly recruited by senior members of the Cagdas Turkiye Partisi. As AresTalli went through the ranks he was put forward by Eldarion Sionnodel to become the congressman for Eastern Region of Turkey. After his service in Turkey, AresTalli decided to meet new people and spent time in several countries to gain experience including Singapore.
