Add notice please

“ Thanks for your prompt response and for the additional information! After a second analysis of the situation, we have concluded that there is no connection between the in game eRepublik alliance abbreviated as "ALA" and the trademarks provided by you. More importantly, the in game group does not try to replicate, reproduce or is associated in any way with the organizations which hold the mentioned trademarks.
None the less, we are proposing that we add to the mentioned eRepublik Official Wiki page - http://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/ALA - a notice to inform any visitors about the differences and that the mentioned in game "alliance" is not associated in any way with any real life organizations. ”
