- You can "black list people" citizens for various reasons. As long as the reasons are respecting the eRepublik Laws (if those people have stolen the treasury, then that's a pretty good legal reason to announce the Congress Member not to grant citizenship to those group of people). --Belea2008 08:34, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
