Language protocols

We have protocols here for languages and you're page 中文教科书 doesn't fit it, I've moved it to User:Robert Tornado/Sandbox/中文教科书 so you may continue editing it but please read the policies and the help section before hand. -- Mikhail Alexander 06:15, 9 September 2011 (PDT)
