Results of Congress elections where 3 wildcards (candidates with most votes below the green line) from two regions are elected to the Congress
Wildcard was a person that is elected in the Congress, but he/she was below the green line.
In fact, this was a person that was not in the region top voted Congress candidates who got into Congress directly but received a great number of votes in their regions.
An example of how the number of wild cards is distributed per country depending on the number of regions is in the following image.
