Green Japan was a political party in Japan. It was created from the old Liberal Party of Japan which was falling due to inactive membership. It was last led by and is known primarily because of leader Kyonkyon who is currently on leave from the game. It had 11 members at the last count.
It has since been taken over and renamed the United Bushi of Nihon by Hitoshi Makoto.
History
Presidential Campaign
Kyonkyon declared her candidacy for president during the September elections. She put out many policies and promises including:
- Being open and listening
- Reaching out to all citizens
- Opening all secret forums for public viewing
- Creating ministry-based teams with decisions made via elections
- An active media with an article every day
Congressional History
Green Japan has been though one congressional election. The party offered no candidates and didn't look to run on any other party's ticket.
Newspaper
Green Japan operated out of the newspaper I-ro-ha, a private newspaper owned by party leader, Kyonkyon. Mainly known for being a source for Japanese lessons, I-RO-HA has also provided political coverage and served as a base for all of Green Japan's policies.
