A Recruitment Director is, in most cases, a position held in political parties. The citizen allocated the job is expected to control recruitment efforts for the party to try and increase its amount of members. Different categories of people are usually targeted, but generally speaking citizens without a political party are prioritized on the recruitment list.

Recruitment efforts can include advertising and messaging.
