Swiss Liberal Party is a Center Libertarian party in Switzerland. Members of this party are credited for the liberation of Switzerland on the 675th day of eRepublik.

Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Swiss Liberal Party to provide a strong alliance between the members so they are able to contribute toward the improvement of society. The Party will strive to encourage each citizen to achieve his or her greatest potential. Throughout the learning process, the SLP shall emphasize democratic values and good citizenship towards the improvement of eSwitzerland. These lessons learned shall be used to create better presidents and congressmen of the future.

New beginning (March 2012)

Swiss Liberal party was dissolved and a new coalition was formed mostly on the ideals of the Swiss Liberal Party - The Swiss Reform Coalition. The Swiss Reform Coalition was the strongest party in Switzerland for a long time. After the March 2012 elections the Coalition started to break apart. In March 2012, the Swiss Liberal Party got a new Party President - mungos95. From the moment he was elected the number of party members started to increase rapidly due to his invitation program. The party had 7 members when mungos95 was elected first time and now, in August 2012, the Swiss Liberal Party is the strongest party in Switzerland with 24 members.
