Create Alliance
After the Alliance was created, the leader of the Alliance will invite the rest of the countries to join. ( the process was changed on 21st March 2014, day 2213 eRepublik Day, until this date, the rest of the members specified as future members by the Alliance leader were founders and the Law proposal was not necessary.)
Looks like the dates are terribly wrong: it either should be day 2313, or December 11 2013. As I remember this wiki policy is not to use the form 21st - just the number.
