Usage:

- This allows translated pages to use this template while keeping everything in the proper language. Unlike Template:FlagLink, users cannot change which page this template links to -- it will link to the country page regardless -- but it does allow users to use the FlagBall in other languages.
- Note: Does not work with Chinese characters (affecting Chinese/Japanese). Japanese kana and Korean hangul work without issue. Is it even true?
