Chimera Black [May 23rd 2014] is a citizen of New Zealand. He founded the Fascist Party of New Zealand [former Loyalist Party], serving as Arch-Leader. He later created the New Zealand Loyalist Command and handed it to his trusted Vice-Leader Glenar Ironbeard to serve as Commander, followed by the creation of the official party magazine, Voice of the Veteran.
