New Flag Template

Yeah, I'm in love with making templates. This one I think will be very useful though. It integrates the aspects of all of the current flag/icon templates into one. But it isn't exactly user friendly... the {CountryLink| and {{SmFlag templates were very easy to use, very little to remember except for one small prefix before the name of the country. --QJ Lincoln Talk To Me 08:52, 1 February 2009 (PST)
