Bertie Ahern is a German Citizen living in the large area of Bavaria. Once mobilised on eRepublik he was an active memeber of The United Kingdom, Ireland the United States and Russia. In Russia he fought for independence from Sweden and was a respected memeber of its ranks. He then moved to Germany where he decided he would base himself and work for the German cause. he fought gallantly in the Great War of independence in November and has promoted the cause of Germany everywhere recruiting many new citizens including vertal and neo2.

In December 08 he was elected as Congressman for Bavaria with 7 votes, the second biggest amount of voted in Germany. Since elected he has promoted European Unity and has been looking for other alternatives to war. Though his efforts were honourable Sweden did not relent its other German states and supported the military action against Sweden which resulted in Independence. He currently is active on the national forum and is looking for deeper diplomatic ties with France, Poland and Italy. He supports German membership of PEACE and has expressed intrest in re-election in the upcoming 2009 Congress Elections.
