Archbishop Marmaduke Exilious Alphonse IV, Shortened to Marmaduke IV, is the reigning and eternal Headmaster and Lord of Harvad University, a bastion of knowledge located in South Africa.
Prior to his rebirth as the leader of Harvad, he has been a three-time congressman (once for eUSA & twice for eSouth Africa), a two-time president of eUSA, and was the de-facto Supreme Commander of eSouth Africa for one term.
