At the beginning, he incorporates to the Comando Nacional Democratico Political Party, and to the Academia FAN Military Unit, organizations which he is very grateful for the help and where he starts to make bonds.

At 24th of that month, Rey David 67, Party President of Comando Nacional Democratico, approves his application and placed him on the third (3º) position on the list of candidates.
On December 26, 2012 (Day 1863 of the New World), Fercho is elected as Member of the Venezuelan Congress by his Party, Comando Nacional Democratico.
