Duncan Crowe, also known as Dunks, is a currently living eRepublik player from the United States. Although not originally born into the eUSA and emigrating through IES, Duncan Crowe has gradually worked to fully integrate himself within the eAmerican community.
Dunks continues to make great efforts to further his prestige in all aspects of the eRepublik community. Eventually hoping to become ePresident of the eUSA, Dunks will not give up until he reaches a pinnacle of eRepublik achievement. Until and after this happens, Dunks will do as much as possible to help the eAmerican community and thwart PTO efforts.
Currently, Dunks is Party President of the Federalist Party, as well as serving in various eGov. roles.

Early Days in the Feds
Shortly after Dunks joined the eUSA as a citizen on Day 1755, Dunks entered the Federalist Party.
After he joined, Dunks became strongly involved with Fed. party politics. Meeting awesome Federalists such as fingerguns, Jefferson Locke and Paul Proteus inspired him to deeply involve himself within the Fed. forum and, in the larger scheme, the Fed. community. He began to help the party gain it's true spot as the #1 Gov-Recognized party in the eUSA
Early in his party membership, Dunks began to actively publish media. Entering his media in contests won him a medal and 10 gold, as well as some prestige. After that, Dunks published recruitment articles, as well as articles on a variety of topics, such as the current military status quo, American patriotism, and even some Party Presidency candidacy articles (later). Working with a fellow Fed., Jefferson Locke, Dunks established a Federalist Party Finance Dept., which managed a treasury that quickly rose to 50,000 USD and almost 30 gold and still continues today.
In addition to founding the Federalist Party Finance Dept., 'Dunks established AHH, or A Helping Hand, which started as an inter-Federalist Party program and supplied just food and no weapons. However after collaboration with Dennis McVicker, AHH became a program that supplied 5 q7 weapons to Feds, as well as 800 health. After a few weeks of this, Dunks expanded the program and allowed it to supply national citizens of the United States, not just Federalist party members. This program continues to run today. Current supplies for Feds are 5 q7 and 800 health, and for non-Feds, 3 q7 and 400 health.
Dunks was one of the most active forum posters, and still maintains his top poster position. Before he became Party President, Dunks held top poster weekly for 6 consecutive weeks, and rose to the #1 poster in 2 months less than the previous #1.
Party Presidency - First Term
When BigCDizzle, the incumbent Federalist Party President, declined his nomination, Dunks faced his 3rd run for the position, after two failed runs. This race pitted him against one of his closest friends, Jefferson Locke. Although it pained him, Dunks won the race against his friend, and took over the PP seat for the second half of December and into January.
During his first term, Dunks spent a large amount of time working on improving the rate of recruitment and improving the friendlessness of the Federalist Party towards newbs. As a result of this effort, the Federalist Party rose from a rank 3 position to a rank 1 position. Furthermore, programs such as AHH continued to supply newbs with the weapons and health that they needed to survive within the community and not have to worry about going hungry or weaponless.
In addition to his efforts in recruitment and friendlessness, Dunks actively worked, in conjunction with his VPP Jefferson Locke with the national ATO effort. He encouraged his members to leave to strengthen parties that may have been pushed out of the top 5 and replaced with a PTO party had he not done so. Despite facing mass PMs from enemies of the state, his party members stayed loyal and his recruiters even stole members off of the PTO parties.
Furthermore, Dunks' term allowed the Federalist Party to gain 8 Congressional members, the 2nd most of any ATO party and 1 more than the last term. This allowed Dunks great national influence through his Congressman. Dunks ran many first time Congressmen, about 4, and this turned out to be a great idea as all of his Congressman actively worked to improve the nation through Congress. Dunks also ran a 6th partier.
Dunks maintains that his major accomplishments in his first term were:
-Electing a Fed CP after 8 months of not having a single Fed elected.
-Moving the Fed. Party from #2 to the #1 party.
-Continuing to run AHH, even quartermasting it.
-Gaining 9 Congressional seats
-Working against the AFA, and PTOers such as Ajay Bruno, Hannibal LA, Sidarta, and Shermain.
-Creating Federalist Radio, the first party radio.
Party Presidency - Second Term
Toward the end of the term, Dunks was again inspired to run for PP, despite being the incumbent. Running against him was well-experienced Exploration, someone who Dunks holds in esteem. In addition to Exploration were kody5 and logamac. These three made the race very interesting for Dunks, and he had to publish two campaign articles, staying competitive and pushing the PP bar higher.
Dunks ultimately won the race and began his term in full steam. This term is currently just beginning.
National Level - Executive
Dunks originally served in the Executive Branch in October of 2012 and into November of 2012, as he served as the TU2RU director, under Kodos, under Pfeiffer and Cerb. In a short time span, Dunks also held a variety of positions.
After that month was up, Dunks was invited by President Inwegen to serve as his Secretary of Interior, which Dunks accepted. The following month, under fingerguns in January 2012, Dunks was promoted to Domestic Advisor, which allowed him to manage the entire domestic team.
Currently, he serves as Domestic Advisor under fingerguns in the month of January 2013 and into February 2013.
National Level - Legislative
In October and November of 2012, Dunks served in Congress for two terms.
