Daily Briefing
Starting with day 1973, S.H..I.E.L.D began doing a daily series of announcements known as 'Daily Briefing and Supply Drop.' This announcement combined the standard briefing given to most military unit soldiers with supply requests. S.H.I.E.L.D soldiers would post in the thread their name, link, whether they completed the daily orders, and what they were requesting: food, weapons, or both. A Quartermaster such as Molly Emma would then supply the soldier. [[1]]
Special Mission
On day 1976, President Vanek26 gave S.H.I.E.L.D a special mission- to fight for Mexico during the training exercise. According to CO Tiacha, soldiers Max and Josh Frost acquitted themselves honorably.
H.A.M.M.E.R.
H.A.M.M.E.R is the training Regiment of S.H.I.E.L.D and it helps low strength soldiers to the most effective and quick way to grow into a high strength soldier within their respective division. Currently they are only assisting S.H.I.E.L.D soldiers in Division 1 with under 3,00 strength. The soldier can gain as much as 7.5 gold a week by simply following the instructions provided. Currently the Division is run by the team of SlyBabyMichele and Orikfricai. With the creation of the Cadet Program a soldier must work his/her way through three level's to become a fully prepared soldier.
Leadership History
Cadet Program
SlyBabyMichele was recently promoted following the retirement of CrashThompson and her former boss Kevin Sheridan was promoted to succeed him as the Director of Operations within S.H.I.E.L.D. Before leaving Kevin Sheridan made a large improvement to the program which originally was created by BamaBettie. The original program was unranked and soldiers had to complete various task's but the improvement Kevin Sheridan made was to separate the program into three cadet levels; thus the new Program is called the Cadet Program.
In order to graduate a Cadet must be promoted through the Cadet ranks by completing at least the first tier of objectives and achieve CADET SERGEANT rank. He/She must achieve at least 3,000 strength in order to graduate from the program and upgrade the first two Training Grounds completely. One may only graduate as an Honored Hammer Graduate by completing all tiers thus earning the rank of CADET CAPTAIN and completely upgrade all four Training Ground centers completely. Cadets are given specified amount of Gold which is to be used to upgrade their Weight's Room; the free Training Center, so they can grow their strength as quickly as possible. Below is the current list of the Cadet Programs, Titles, Tiers and Objectives:
