Rudolf McGarry was a citizen and a politician in Hungary.
Bio
He was born in February 2009, in Hungary. Became Hungarian Congress member in March at Southern Transdanubia.
Died peacefully in summer of 2010.
- An active member of Polgári Platform he was Vice president (party).
- Elected party president of Szolidaritas Part in January 2010.
Politics
He was born in February 2009. He entered the Parliament of the Republic of Hungary the following month, in March, as the representative of Southern Transdanubia, a position he held until May 2009.
He was elected as a member of the Presidential Cabinet of the reorganized Polgári Platform for a month from April, then on May 26 he became Vice President of Polgári Platform, then again as a cabinet member from June 10 to July 10.
He was Minister of Education during the Shaok administration. As Minister of Education, he revived the Hungarian Press Award, which was awarded twice during his ministry. Unfortunately, the fate of this movement was forgotten due to the lack of interest of later ministers.
Shortly after his ministry, he left the Polgári Platform, as he could no longer identify with its views.
Business
He founded the organization which was named iBaby Alapítvány (iBaby Foundation). Organization achieved considerable success in preserving the initial index baby boom population, later it was pushed into the background due to large-scale party-financed foundations, it died after the death of the movement, and its assets were inherited by the Polgári Platform foundation.
His name is attached to Rudolf McGarry Rt. organization, one of the successfully operating joint stock companies in Hungary, which regularly ensured its payments until McGarry's death on September 27th, after which the existing assets were divided among the still living shareholders. After his return, McGarry Rt. started operating again as a sole proprietorship, but it was soon sold.
