Alfonso is a citizen of Spain.
He moved to Mexico in an attempt to take over Mexico for Spain. He encouraged the Mexican congress to declare war on Spain, thus starting the Ibero-American War. His plans for a Spanish empire was thwarted externally by the entrance of Portugal into the war and internally by the Goons refugees.
He won the election using a multiple account system. He was known among the mexicans as "Principe Inflaburros".
He was elected 5 times into the Congress.
"Heraldo de Granada" is the newspaper published by Alfonso.
