Bavaria
Bavaria is an original region of Germany. The capital is Munich. It was one of the first regions returned to Germany during the German Independence War. The region had been captured by Poland during Poland-Germany War then by Italy and is now under the control of Germany once more.

Bavaria is mostly mountainous region. It has a lot of Alpian ski complexes, for example in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Oberstdorf, which are mostly used for sport tournaments.
