Background and First Stage
As a result of the Bulgaria-Argentina War, New Zealand got back all its regions, and negotiated a region swap with Australia. Meanwhile, Chile was trying to hold on, with wars against Argentina and Bolivia. In the last days of his government, the Chilean president, v3g4n, made the decision of declarating Australia, now bordering with Chile through Canterbury-Zona Sur, for Natural Enemy, opening a new war. The war began, and the new australian president, DocterDry2, declared the NE law, for the bonus. As Chile lost its territories in South America, Victoria was declared capital, while Australia has remained only with Tasmania, that was the last conquered by Chile.
This war wasn't aprroved by New Zealand, losing the attacking battles that had in their ingame war with Australia for their swap, only defending when necessary, and neither by Indonesia, that reached a No-Attack Pact after a little war between them and Australia. Both are allies of Chile, but settled priority to other battles.
Chile attacked subsequently all regions of Australia conquering them all, erasing Australia off the map.
Second Stage
After chilean invasion, Australia passed a time out of the map. Australian government reached the goverment of Chile for negotiating a liberation of a region and then have congress election. Chile agreed and let Australia to liberate Northern Territory. At the time Croatia had Java and Lesser Sunda Islands regions, bordering Chile. Croatia declared Chile Natural Enemy and, seeing this declaration, Chile closed the border liberating Western Australia.
With a war between Argentina and New Zealand ongoing, Australia thought about reconquering its territories, and the president declared Natural Enemy to Chile.
