The first elections of the [[Albania|Albanian]] Congress were held in November 2011.

==Technical Congress==
When [[Albania]] was introduced in the game on November 11, 2011 a Technical Congress was set up in coordination between the administrators of the game and the oldest Albanian players. This technical congress had the following members: [[Crista22]], [[Napoleon 54]], {{eLink|citizen|4750191|Kris Hasa}} and Arsene Lupin III. Their duty was to avoid PTOs and to grant citizenship only to the Albanian players which were already numerous.
