The first elections of the Albanian Congress were held in November 2011.
Technical Congress
When Albania was introduced in the game on November 11, 2011 a Technical Congress was set up in coordination between the administrators of the game and the oldest Albanian players. This technical congress had the following members: Crista22, Napoleon 54, Kris Hasa and Arsene Lupin III. Their duty was to avoid PTOs and to grant citizenship only to the Albanian players which were already numerous.
