Also it is elect as Congress member for Charrua, Uruguay for the same party On February 25, 2010. Finally March 5, 2010 is a candidate for the presidency of Uruguay though it loses before Charrua3 of the Partido Demócrata Nacional in alliance with the Partido Demócrata Uruguayo.
It returns to Argentina On March 22, 2010 where it affiliates to the Party Progreso eArgentino where he is an elect Congress member in Argentine Northwest. In the Argentine Congress he is elected A Member of the Table of the Congress of the period In March - April, 2010. During the presidency of Florencia C belongs to his gabinente as Assistant of the Department of Education.
