The North Korean Communist Party (abbr. NKCP) was a left-wing Marxist-Leninist party founded on 26/06/2009 by Celio Azevedo. The party was suspended sometime in September 2009, but it was re-established again in February 2010 by Carlos Bianchi when he transformed North Korean Restoration Party into NKCP[2].

It was affiliated with the Third Socialist Internationale.
