Reformed Federal Democrats was a German party founded on 16 April, 2009, by Crimson90 and Mark Wahlberg. Originally called the Federal Social Democrat Party, the party was reborn under Crimson90 and Wahlberg, who updated it to fit, at that time, present Germany's situation. It was the second-largest party in Germany and had the most seats in Congress (April 2009). One month later, in May 2009, Justin Tyme won the party elections and renamed the party back to Federal Social Democrat Party.
Origins
Many of the goals and standpoints for the Federal Social Democrat Party were outdated and did not suit use in present Germany. Crimson90 came to Mark Wahlberg with the idea of updating that party's mission and to get rid of the public image of the party as a largely inactive one led by Justin Tyme, thought by many to be a traitor to Germany. Crimson90 and Wahlberg then wrote a mission statement for the party that would be renamed the Reformed Federal Democrats if Crimson90 won the party president seat.
On April 15, 2009, the Social Democrat Party, as it was then called, had two candidates for party president: Crimson90 and Justin Tyme. In the end it was Crimson90 who won with 14 votes compared to Justin Tyme's 11 votes.
The Reformed Federal Democrats would go on to the April 2009 Congressional elections as the youngest party in Germany and win 12 seats in Congress, becoming the largest party in Congress, with Open Mind Germany in second at 10 seats.
