Rinascita eItaliana is an eItalian political party founded on October 22, 2012.
Statute of Rinascita eItaliana
Abstract: The new party was born from the convergence between ideals and projects for Giustizia e Libertà, and those of a group of players, led by sly and neorux, whose purpose is to change eItaly. A special thanks to IncazzatoNero who collaborated for drafting Statute.

Fundamental laws:
1 ) The name of the party is Rinascita eItaliana and has no real-political orientation refers.
2 ) Decision-making and legislation , with regard to matters relating to the party resides in the community of members ;

Internal organization:

7 ) Bodies and additional appointments may be arranged by the PP, also on the recommendation of the Assembly.
8) Directors: Each new President Party must open a topic in the section "Management Policy" ( Forum of Party ) where any interested party may request in writing to participate in the deliberations of the Board. These discussions will be held by PM. The Board is an executive body of the provisions of the Assembly of States which helps the PP. It also has the opportunity to discuss matters listed below and to take measures, subject to the control of the said meeting: - Alliances with other parties; - Internal organization - Plans and ideas to be developed; - Measures various internal and external competence of the Party President, that they decide to bring to the attention of the board . The composition of the Board is renewed every month. The demands of being part of the board may be submitted within 72 hours of opening the topic above. Until the formation of the new directors, continues to operate the former. The Board may vary independently of its composition during the month.

7) Rinascita eItaliana organizes its internal structure according to three criteria: democracy, equality and meritocracy;
8) Rinascita eItaliana is independent. No coercion may result from actions or from the desire to outside parties. Just as the party protects the freedom of the total enrolled, in any field;
9) Rinascita eItaliana recognizes the sovereignty of the majority of its members. All members themselves are morally obliged to accept the decisions of the majority;
10) Rinascita eItaliana poses no constraints on foreign policy, if not that of the protection of national interests;
11) Rinascita eItaliana research cooperation between all the souls of the community. In particular, it is considered an important objective , the increasing cooperation between the Military Units;
12) Rinascita eItaliana considers it essential to the containment of public spending, with the ultimate goal of a balanced budget;
13) Rinascita eItaliana recognizes equal importance to the public welfare and private sectors, such as basic tools for growth in new subscribers and the nation;

15) Rinascita eItaliana works to create the conditions for it to be possible, someday, to leave the national territory from invaders.

Congressional elections
