Rod Damon was an international man of mystery most known for founding Project C.A.R.E. being a Belgian boogeyman and his work in the Intelligence community.

Rod Damon signs his newspapers "My name is Rod Damon and I approve this message." This has led to a meme that has taken the eWorld by storm. The most common derivations of this meme are people commenting "My name is Rod Damon and I approve this message." while not actually being Rod Damon, as well as "My name is (insert name) and I approve this message."
