Igor Elez is a citizen of Serbia joined eRepublik on 31 August 2009, now playing a big role in the Serbian politic and media circles.

Having been two time Serbian president, Igor Elez is a hard working citizen, always willing to help new citizens adapt to the game by answering everyone's question and making lots of home-made video tutorials. He also organized the Biggest Balkan Media Mogul Subscribing Action (with over 1000 applied newspapers), and on numerous occasions held free food and weapon giveaways, all just showing that he is all but selfish.
