Orientation Far-Right

1582 was a far-right political party in Spain.

They were characterized mostly by their imperialistic ideas.

They agreed a fusion with Unión Popular Liberal during the Presidency of Pitufolas, and members of UPL moved to 1582, which changed its to UPL-1582. Shortly after that, they started a new project named Nueva Espana Liberal, and when Partido Media Vida members decided to join to the new project, active members of NEL (who was listed in the old 1582 party page) moved to PMV, whch also changed its name. After the process, the party was abandoned and its name changed by Logia eMasonica, in order to incentive less active affiliates to move to the new one.
