eChilean citizen, uses his nick inspired by Chilean/German historic charachter Bernardo or Bernhard Eunom Philippi Krumwiede, born 19 sep 1811 in Charlottenburg, Berlin, Prussia.
Bernardo Philippi established in Chile during 1838, in Ancud, wherefrom he dedicated part of his life exploring southern Chilean territories. He related himself with the local civil authorities and began to impulse the idea of foreign colonization.
He is one of the responsables for european colonization in south Chile.
