Joshua Morriseau was originally born in early 2009 in Canada. Joshua was born at a chaotic time in Canada which was during the Canada-France war in which Canada didn't initially do to well in. Wanting to go to a more stable and peaceful place to grow and learn he decided he would move to a neutral country. Upon moving to Bolivia he quickly found political success with the help of the MoFA Anthony Colby. He appointed Joshua as the Ambassador to Singapore and South Africa as well as giving him a job at his company. Only a short time after his birth, his mentor Anthony left Bolivia for Ireland. This made a change in cabinet and Joshua was appointed as the Deputy MoFA. Joshua was able to capture a win as Party President for the Bolivia Primera party. Bolivia decided to focus its foreign affairs by having to separate MoFAs or Chiefs. One for Spanish countries and one for English speaking countries. Joshua's experience and only being able to speak English made him the appropriate candidate was appointed as the Chief of English speaking Countries which was also responsible for Bolivia's embassies in English speaking countries. With only a small group of Ambassadors Joshua took on more embassies and at one time held the offices as Ambassador to Singapore, South Africa, Australia, Canada, USA and the UK at one time. Joshua's last stint in Bolivian politics would come when the ALA alliance would dissolve and Bolivia sought out another alliance to protect her interests. The country decided to join the Sol alliance on February 8th, 2010 with Joshua as Bolivia's representative to the alliance who championed her causes. During this time Joshua was elected to Congress on four occasions. Joshua began to grow tired of his life. He felt as if he had accomplished all that there was to do. He had amassed a small fortune from his companies and nothing was no longer fun so he decided to leave forever. After saying goodbye to everyone he gave away his fortune to his friends and always caring for new citizens gave most of it away to the babies of Bolivia.

Only a few short months after leaving, Joshua felt that he missed his elife. He decided to come back however under a new name so that he would start over and have more of a challenge. However Joshua returned at a difficult time in Bolivia.Phoenix member Argentina had PTOed Bolivia for being pro-EDEN on a continent when at the time most nations favoured Phoenix. Most of the English speaking community had left which left him isolated. He began working to help re-take Bolivia but it proved to be a big task. Joshua started a media campaign war against the TOers and reached out to big newspaper publishers in countries around the eworld to write about Bolivia's situation and bring the issue to the attention of the world.

Joshua managed to capture his first Congress seat since coming back to his elife by being the only pro-Bolivian candidate running in Bolivia and won a landslide victory capturing more votes then anyone else with 24 votes. After this term in Congress he grew tired and realizing that Bolivia would suffer for a long time if not forever he decided to relocate. He moved for a short period of time to Egypt but shortly after moving their Egypt became PTOed as well and wanting to start a new life over in a stable country where he could be apart of a growing community he relocated once more to Singapore. Only a short while after that relocation Singapore became PTOed by Romania. Joshua decided this time he would move to Europe for the first time and decided to move to the Netherlands.

Upon moving to the Netherlands Joshua knew he was in a place he wanted to stay in. The community welcomed him and he quickly made many friends. He decided to become apart of the GPN Party and within the first couple months of living in the Netherlands won a term in Congress. Wanting to continue working in Foreign Affairs he became the first Ambassador to Australia and from the Netherlands and opened up the embassy there. More recently Joshua was elected for his third term in Congress (second for the Netherlands) and was appointed as ssMoFA under Van Spijck's government. With his South American connections he was appointed to Ambassador to Bolivia, Paraguay and Chile. He resigned as Ambassador to Chile on October 1st, 2012 due to lack of communication from Chile.

On day 1778, October 2nd 2012 Joshua's newspaper, The Shepherds Journal, officially launched its first article.
