Master Hofkens has joined the game in December 2008 in his home region of Flanders, at that time under the control of the eUK. When France attacked this region he left Flanders and settled himself in North Ireland, waiting until the eUK would rule again in eBelgium. It was almost a year later, in December 2009, when his dream came true. The eUK had taken control back of Flanders and Master Hofkens decided to run for Congress in his home region to protect to eBelgiums in the eUK. He succeeded and became an active member of Congress for that month. The invasion of ePoland, eSpain and eUSA came and took Flanders away from the eUK. He decided to run in the North East of England but he couldn't get in to congress. In February he decided to run in the North West and he was successfully elected into congress once more.
