mogaba is an eRussian citizen, who held a variety of offices in eRussian Government since December, 2009, including, but not limited to several terms as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of eRussia and the term as Country President of eRussia in November, 2010.

mogaba used to be noted as a remarkable journalist in Russian-speaking community, however, his recent activity in media has decreased to the rate of one article in several months.

The character reffers to himself as "a black Russian", however, different sources question mogaba's African roots. Citizen's avatars and the design of his newspaper often contain images of Ugandian President Idi Amin and other African and specifically Ugandian motives.

While being significally less socially active than in his youth, mogaba keeps developing his character, being the 2nd ranked eRussian citizen XP-wise and having the God of War military rank.
