The First PBA All-Stars is the annual all-stars event of the Philippine Basketball Association. The events were held on May 24, 2013 at the Eugene Bautista Memorial Stadium in Manila, Luzon. The game was the first edition of the All-Star Game and was played during the league's inaugural season. Highlighting the weekend is the Pink Unicorns vs. Green Bamboos game, where fans voted on who they wanted to play for the game.

- The contestants were picked by the PBA Board from the top three point shooters based on shooting percentage.
- Drev Harder of the Petronas Cules was declared champion. He will defend his title next All-Stars.
All Star Game
The public voted from Day 1997 to Day 2011 their favorite players in each position and favorite managers and board members. After tallying the votes, the top two managers then picked two players each from the top four players in each position. The players in bold are those who are qualified to play.
