The Constitutional Equality Party is a party of South Africa. The party has recently been formed with many of its members from the former Naturalist Party of South Africa and many lead by SamGibz who came together with the goal of reforming the flaws that have been created in the current governmental structure, namely, unequality. Tenshibo, created the CEP initially and got the ball rolling.

Stryke Blayde is now its second Party President.

The party believes that no part of Government should have more power than the other. That they should work in equality, whereby the President is responsable for his Cabinet and that Congress is to agree on the Presidents policies and have no direct link with Cabinet unless required. The party believes that everyone has their right to say what direction South Africa should take and this is aided through election of Congress Members. It is therefore right for the peoples views to be represented by Congress Members in Congress and this means Congress regulates the policies of the President.
