In June of 2011 Donnzer initiated the creation of The Black Buck Initiative (a sub-faction organization of Eire Aonair). This initiative would collect information on individuals and groups around the world in order to monitor any threats to Ireland's security. As the head of this organization Donnzer achieved the approval of then CP Irasian for this initiative to be used by the Irish government.
