elveon is a citizen of Serbia who was born on May 9th, 2008.

In the beginning he was just a civilian with no special military nor political ambitions, but later, he decided to do something more and for first time in his life he became a member of Serbian Congress and after that, even more important to him, a member of an military unit named Guardian Angels.

At the beginning of this Guardian Angels (GA) chapter, he realized that this environment suited him and that he wanted to contribute to the progress of GA. Therefore, he accepted the proposal of promotion to officer in charge of units logistics.

Newspaper

Goldaj stampa is unique magazine of caricatures, founded by elveon,located in Serbia. As of January 7, 2010, it had published over 50 articles (caricatures) at well over 20,000 page views. It currently sits at 3454 subscribers.
