Francesco Cavour (pronounced /ka'vu:r/) (born April 3, 2013 in Calabria, Italy) is an Italian diplomat and politician.

Eary life

Born in the years of the War between Italy and Slovenia, Cavour immediately revealed his libertarian and centrist political view. The war convinced Cavour that true and honest democracy, not military-dominated autocracy, was the only way for a nation to govern itself. But he knew that the war was the only way to gain international credibility.

Early career

In the early years, Cavour started to imagine a new strong alliance that would allow to achieve international security. He began writing drafts of the constitution of an alliance with whom he achieved acclaim.[1] In April he was choiched by italian Minister of Foreign Affairs millyi as the new Italian Ambassador for Croatia.[2]
