Article 1 – Forum registration bonus

• 1. All in-game citizens of the eNetherlands can request a forum registration bonus after registering on the national forum if they have not yet reached level 25.
• 2. The forum registration bonus amounts to 50 NLG and 7 Q1 weapons.

Article 2 – Land subsidy program

• 1. All in-game citizens of the eNetherlands can request a land subsidy of 1000 NLG for creating a raws company if they have held in-game citizenship of the eNetherlands for at least 60 days, if they are not on the blacklist, and if the raws company is at least Q4.
• 2. Applicants must provide the Ministry in charge of this program with a screenshot of their Land, which shows their buildings and their available money. After approval by the Ministry, applicants must provide the Ministry in charge with a screenshot of their Land, which shows the newly built company. After approval by the Ministry, applicants will receive the subsidy.
• 3. Applicants can request 1 subsidy per month, with a maximum of 5 subsidies.
• 4. Applicants are not allowed to sell the newly built company within 60 days. Abuse will be punished by entering the applicant on the blacklist, until he has repaid the subsidy in full.

Article 3 – Starter program

• 1. All in-game citizens of the eNetherlands with a level below 23 can request a subsidy for creating a raws company if they have held in-game citizenship of the eNetherlands for at least 14 days, and if they are not on the blacklist. If they build a food or weapons company, they are eligible for a subsidy of 2000 NLG for building a Q2 food (Fruit Orchard) or weapon (Oil Rig) raw materials company respectively. If they do not build a food or weapons company, they are eligible for a subsidy of 1000 NLG for building a Q2 or higher raw materials company.
• 2. Applicants must provide the Ministry in charge of this program with a screenshot of their Land, which shows their buildings and their available money. After approval by the Ministry, applicants must provide the Minister in charge with a screenshot of their Land, which shows the newly built company. After approval by the Ministry, applicants will receive the subsidy.
• 3. Applicants can request 1 subsidy in total.
• 4. Applicants are not allowed to sell the newly built company within 60 days. Abuse will be punished by entering the applicant on the blacklist, until he has repaid the subsidy in full.
• 5. This subsidy only applies to applicants who have at least one free Land. Otherwise, the Land Subsidy program applies.
