Information
Hourai currently resides in Japan. As an active (?) Anti-Mine Activist, she can usually be found inspecting buildings, streets, and walls for mines. How many she actually discovers is a mystery, but she insists on continuing the practice as a 'preventative measure.' She collects many antique guns and constantly carries them around with her. She currently aims to be the leader of a political party and wishes to make many friends.
Birth
Hourai's official birthplace is unknown. She just showed up in Canada a long time ago then moved to Japan.
Health
Hourai is suffering from a bizarre disease which causes her to pass out and stop breathing at random. She must be revived immediately by someone close by, though she has been known to get herself out of that state on her own when needed. Despite this disease, she remains cheerful and almost oblivious to the dangers she faces each day.
Personality
Hourai is an acquired taste. She is a very loyal friend and will gladly take many bullets for even a minor acquaintance, but she may be known to be overzealous and assertive, and may appear to have no real understanding of reality. Despite these quirks, she can be very trustworthy and an excellent companion. If you don't mind the landmine obsession, almost psychopathic conduct during battle, and strange manner of dress, that is.
Most Notable Accomplishment
Convinced the enemy had invented wall-based mines which are placed by doors, she constructed a battering ram and used it to demolish all the walls as a substitute for using the doors. The walls collapsed onto the enemy sleeping quarters, killing many and frightening the remainder into surrendering on the spot. Thanks to the extensive damage caused by the ram, the base soon collapsed and exploded brilliantly. The mission was just to find information, but hey.
Politics
Hourai isn't really left leaning, or right leaning. She believes in a political system that emphasizes just "Taking it easy" at all times which is named "Houraiansm".
Houraianism
This system of government focuses on making the citizens happy above all else. With the main policies being "Taking it easy", and "Common sense prevails", Houraianism may be a new approach to future politics.
Military
Hourai is a soldier in the IJA, and no further information has been given.
