Hi,
Please read the Translating Pages tutorial before translating any more pages. Especially please pay attention to the point about naming pages:

About Translating Pages
For example if i'd wanted to add the page "Accepting citizenship" i should do it in the link "Accepting cizitenship/Albanian"? Plus albanian hasn't been added yet so i have been told to translate the pages in my user behalf - User:Lisjani 19:20, 14 July 2012
