- Skills influence productivity.
- No minimum skill is needed in order to work in a company (no matter its quality level).
- When you upgrade your company, your employees will not raise their skills.
How does my skill increase?
Your skill increases automatically every time you work.

| Between 1 and 2 | 0.25 |
| Between 2 and 3 | 0.10 |
| Between 3 and 4 | 0.05 |
| 4 & Above | 0.02 |
