Patrick O'leary was a citizen of Ireland.

Biography

He's a timid person. Very shy and often seen on IRC, although friendless, I've heard he's a nice person.

He was a terrible politician, but a very nice person. Anyhow, as a member of Independent Labour Party he got elected in Congress, served as Minister of Defense and even become President on one occasion.

He's a high ranking officer in the Irish Citizen Army.
