Lord Elrond Hubbard (born 28 March 2010) was an American-born South African citizen. His main location was Mpumalanga, Brazil.
History
Lord Elrond was born in the United States of America on March 28, 2010. He lived in the United States (USA) for around 6 months, but became disgruntled with the state of the USA and left the game, sporadically logging on over the next 2 years before making a permanent return and moving to South Africa. Since moving the South Africa, he has become involved heavily in the politics of the country. He joined the Union of Patriots running successfully for congress twice and becoming the Councillor of the party briefly, before leaving to help form the Liberal Democrat Party. He also the publisher for the Rivendell Times, which was a mouthpiece for the Liberal Democrat Party.
