The Spokesman is the Party PR Officer, who'll use in-game and meta-game media to communicate news about the party. As such, he has the following functions:
- Use in-game and meta-game media to look for new party members by advertising.
- Exercise political voice to inform about party decisions on partisan affairs or national politics.
- Design and execute the party communication policy.
For fulfill his functions, it's essential the party's spokesman have his own newspaper for the party to benefit from it. The spokesman will also have the task of archive all and each one of the party's publications in the newspapers for historical register.
