Achievers of Perfect Singapore is a former political party in 
Singapore. It had 32 members at its peak of success. Later, the party was succeeded by The New Green Party, the result of the merger with The Singapore Green Party[1].

Most probably this was the only party president, since the first party election until the merger with The Singapore Green Party.
