Hugo Bosch was a citizen of Venezuela, born on April 26th, 2009 (Day 523 of the New World). Originally from Capital Region, he moved to North-Eastern Region where he was running for Congress in May.
During his stay in Central Region he was elected Congress member in June, July, August and September. On August 27th. Hugo Bosch proposed a project for the Citizenship Law, that has received support from other members of congress.

He has been an active member of the "Frente Moderno Socialdemocrata" party (FMS), where he was Party President for four consecutive periods (June - October 2009).
Co-founder of the party Frente Moderno Socialdemocrata Unido de Venezuela (F.M.S.U.V.), party created by the union of his old party, Frente Moderno Socialdemocrata (FMS) with the party Movimiento Unido Socialdemocrata de Venezuela, leaded at that time by Richard Valencia; both Center-Left Libertarian parties in Venezuela.
F.M.S.U.V. was founded on October 6th, 2009 and Hugo Bosch was Party President of the party until the elections on October 15th, 2009 when Eduardo Martinez was elected.
On October 5th, after a hard journey anti-TO, Hugo Bosch was elected President of Venezuela with the support of the parties FMS and M.S.U.V..
